We are facing an organic extra virgin olive oil produced with olives of the cornicabra variety. It is advisable to intake this EVOO with cheeses, fish and vegetables, being especially interesting when consuming raw.
Organic EVOO Valdenvero has an intense fruity of green olives in the nose, followed by vegetable notes of tomato, artichoke and aromatic and wild plants. Fruits such as green banana, apple and, specially, green almond also appear. Such a huge olfactory range concludes in a subtle green pepper touch. It enters sweet and smooth in the mouth, in spite of its more than obvious green, and it continues with a medium and very balanced bitterness and spiciness. In the retro nasal stage it claims green almond and licorice, completing this way a complex and harmonious extra virgin olive oil.
