This oil is made by producing separately and in an independent way the best batches of our three varieties in order to obtain the best of each of them. After that, our team guides the extraction depending on the desired characteristics. Subsequently, after long tasting sessions, the final assemble of the three varieties blend; arbequina, picual and cornicabra, is decided. This is a very limited edition. For the design of this oil, three important objectives have been set: balance, complexity and persistency.
This EVOO has an intense green fruity. It has herbs, almond and apple aromas with interesting nuances of olive leaf and tomato. It is a very pleasant oil in the mouth with light bitter and spicy. It is persistent in the aftertaste since, in order to appreciate the hints of such a rich combination, it is necessary to have enough time. It is very balanced and extremely rich in hints.
