Acorn-fed Iberian tenderloin is a unique delicacy, which corresponds to the part of the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pig's prey. One of the best parts of the pork that makes the tenderloin have that unmistakable juiciness and flavor. Product of own Iberian pigs fed, in a totally natural way, of acorn and pastures of the dehesa, in an area of 2 hectares per animal. Made with lean meat from our pigs and seasoned with the best oregano and paprika from La Vera. Three-four months of curing in a natural drying room. Garnet color with an unmistakable bouquet.
