The half-kilo cane of acorn-fed Iberian loin from Extrem Puro Extremadura, presented in an elegant white cylindrical case, comes from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the Dehesa Extremadura and fed on acorns and natural grass for months. For its elaboration an artisan method is followed and a cure of around 6 months in natural cellars is followed. In addition, the pieces are seasoned with the best oregano and Paprika de la Vera and finally they are baked by hand. A natural drying of between 3 to 4 months is carried out.
