The pack contains Iberian acorn-fed chorizo, cured sausage and 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin. All of them have a delicate flavour, pleasant aroma and, characteristic of a cured meat, a compact and uniform texture that will impress you. Ideal for appetisers, starters, or as an accompaniment to good red wines and cheeses.

 

Spectacular selection of Iberian cold meats from pigs raised in Los Pedroches Valley (Andalucia), where Los Pedroches PDO hams come from. The rearing of these pigs takes place on large farms specially prepared for producing Iberian pigs. These beautiful lands have vast areas of Holm oak forests where the Iberian pigs can graze with absolute freedom and tranquillity which helps to increase the quality of the meat also because of the exercise they do. This means that the pigs grow slowly based on a diet of natural products provided by the surrounding environment: acorns and grass in winter, and fodder and stubble in summer. It is from this exceptional raw material that these Iberian acorn-fed cold meats are made, with the meats selected and cured in dryers created especially for this.

Chorizo: Meat of Iberian pork, paprika, salt, spices, garlic, dextrin, dextrose, stabilizers (E-450, E-452), antioxidants (E-331, E301), preservatives (E-120) | Salchichón: Meat of Iberian pork, salt, sugars (lactose, sugar and dextrose), dextrin, spices, emulsifiers (E450i, E-451i), antioxidants (E-301), preservatives (E-252 and E-250 ) and colorant (E-120) | Loin: 100% Iberian pork loin, salt, spices, sugar, antioxidants (E-301) and preservatives (E-252 and E-250).
