In the nose, it shows an intense smell of green olive and fruit tones, emphasizing the banana, the green apple and the almond. In the mouth, it has an explosion of flavours which is even more intense. It’s very light in bitterness and somewhat spicy, with a very harmonious structure. It has an almond aftertaste that lasts.

The production method is based on an environmentally friendly system, which is achieved by combining the traditional productive style of our ancestors, with the most modern and ecological current technology. Immediately after collection, the olives are taken to the mill. Thus, through an exhaustive security protocol, we can keep intact the flavours and aromas that this precious fruit offers us.
