Goat cheese Gran Reserva is produced in the south of Spain made from raw goat milk. After a careful selection of the milk, and following the traditional production process, this unique cheese is obtained. Its personal aroma reminds to goat milk, very nice for lovers of intense cheese. Its flavour is deep, spicy and robust, with an aftertaste very persistent. The rind has grass braid marks on the sides and the edges are slightly pronounced. The inner paste is pale ivory, with a little elastic texture without being rigid. Their average maturity is 8 months, and always under the best drying conditions.
It is advisable to consume it at room temperature to taste better its richness of flavours. It combines very well with young fruity white wines and red wines reserve.
