Produced from Cencibel variety grapes. The grapes are macerated along with the skins until fermentation begins when they are separated to continue the process alone.
It is a raspberry-pink color. It has a strong, clean, fragrant and notably fruity bouquet characteristic of the Cencibel grape and the painstaking production process. The taste is light, smooth, balanced, well-structured, sharp and persistent with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
It should be served at a temperature of 9-11ºC.
It is ideal for accompanying all kinds of lightly seasoned rice dishes, simple white meat dishes, freshwater fish, pasta and mild patés.
