Produced from Tempranillo grapes after careful harvesting. They are macerated with the skins during the fermentation process just long enough to give the wine its characteristic color and strength.
Its ruby-red color denote its youth, whilst 18 months of ageing in oak barrels add a newbrick-ocher tone, resulting in a highly attractive ruby-ocher color. Bright. It has a delicate intense bouquet, and its flavor reminds us that it has been aged in new oak. Its texture is smooth and warm with delicate tanning. Its taste is flavourful and full although surprisingly light without losing any of its strength.
It should be served at a temperature of 17-19ºC and should be opened at least 30 minutes before serving.
It is particularly suitable for accompanying game, roasts and beef dishes.
