Description

Semicured cheese made with raw sheep milk and matured in cellar from 2 months. Its rind is natural and it is covered with extra virgin olive oil. It has a compact and slightly elastic texture, with eyes of unequal size distributed throughout the interior. It has a mild and creamy flavor, characteristic of sheep cheeses of medium matured. Grapes, nuts and tomato marmalade are some of the best companions for this soft and pleasant cheese.
