Gin made with natural ingredients, unmalted barley and juniper berries, in the old London Dry Gin style. This Gin is made with ‘Domus’ beer, which provides it a very special scent and flavor. Its production is limited, with productions of 1085 bottles, which makes the distiller have full control over this magnificent gin. Toledo, World Heritage site, is the cradle of this fantastic distillate. 40% Vol. Protection of minors: This product is only available for costumers over the age of 18.

When we taste this gin, we will start perceiving juniper and citruses’ aromas, through cinnamon and cereal, with mild but persistent notes. We will move to the mouth with a predominant note of juniper, keeping significantly marked in the consumer’s taste to, finally, discover the freshness, brightness and aroma of a good distillate. One of the secrets of this gin is in each of the 8 botanicals that are used for is elaboration: Juniper, which provides a firm and intense basis. Cardamom and angelica root which give it character. Cinnamon, orange and lemon provide a sweet, fruity, fresh and sour touch. And finally, saffron from La Mancha and beer which give a sensual perfume and a flavor derived from hops and fresh yeast.
