Harvest: Automatic harvesting, at night, which started on the third week of September.
Winemaking: Artisanal. We macerate white wine with our Bandarra recipe: more than 40 extracts of herbs, flowers, botanicals and natural spices such as vanilla, wormwood, chamomile, mint, gentian and clove. After fortifying the wine, we give the sweet touch with nectar of must and balance the vermouth in our tanks, during two months.
Varieties: 50% White Grenache, 50% Xarel-lo.
Alcohol: 15% Vol.
