Colour: Straw yellow colour with green iridescence.

Nose: Aromatic nose of boxwood and tomato leaves typical of the variety in combination with fruity and white flower hints.

Palate: On the palate it is a glyceric, tasty and fresh wine.

Protection of minors: This product is only available for costumers over the age of 18.

Vineyards: A young vineyard, following the high trellis system and featuring a high density of 3600 plants per hectare on calcareous clay soils.

Harvest: During mid-September, carried out at night from 01:00 AM to 09:00 AM with the aim of finding the coolest temperatures of the day and thus protecting the grape from oxidation.

Winemaking: Fermented in a 10.000 litre capacity stainless steel tank at a low temperature, around 11 degrees centigrade. After fermentation the wine is kept on fine lees in a stainless steel tank for 2 months.

Varieties: 100% Verdejo.

Alcohol: 12,5% Vol.

Contains sulphites.

Euer Shop macht sich

Zu Anfang kam mir La Gourmeta mehr als "SPANISCH" vor. Inzwischen bin ich einfach zufrieden. Man hält was man verspricht. Alles übersichtlich und gut beschrieben.
