Organic roasted Spanish Marcona almonds, together with sugar, are ground in the stone mills together with cinnamon and lemon zest to obtain this original nougat, Turrón a la piedra ecológico (Organic Ground Stone nougat) which has the fresh and aromatic flavour of cinnamon and lemon zest when mixed with the almonds. It owes its name to the ancient stone mills where it is still made following the traditional processes.
