Turrón de Nieve ecológico (Organic Snow nougat) is made up of organic raw Marcona almonds and cane sugar, mixed with cinnamon and lemon zest to form this organic marzipan. With a mild flavour and soft texture, lemon zest and cinnamon add an aromatic touch to the flavour of raw almonds. Also called Turrón de mazapán (marzipan nougat) because of its texture and a similar taste to marzipan. In the past, it was a sweet almost reserved for nougat makers as it was made once the Christmas season ended.
