Artisanal quince paste is ideal for eating at any moment of the day since it can be tasted alone as well as integrated in culinary preparations. It combines perfectly with any kind of cheese, being especially delicious with fresh cheese over a slice of toasted bread. It can also be served with nuts, added to salads or eaten alone as a snack. 

Quince, sugar, gelling agent (pectin), acidifier (citric acid) and preservative (sodium benzoate).

Bisher hatte ich in Deutschland 250 g Gourmet Quittenbrot für 7,50 € online gekauft. Direkt aus Spanien ging die Zustellung schneller und ich zahlte für 800 g lediglich 13,65 €. Die Qualität ist mindestens genauso gut.

Ich weiß nicht, wo ich das Quittenbrot außer bei La Gourmeta bekommen kann, vor allen Dingen zu dem Preis und der Qualität.
