Exceptional zamburiñas of the Galician Rías, cooked and chipped manually. These zamburiñas are harvested at the time they have the size and the appropriate characteristics of meat and diameter. Once washed, they are packaged in a traditional way accompanied by a delicious scallop sauce made with natural products and according to a traditional recipe.
