Excellent snails preparation in sauce with a spicy touch. It is a snail of the variety "Hélix Aspersa Müller", which, within the different varieties of snail, is one of the highest quality, recognized for its meat of fine texture and flavor. This sensational preparation is made entirely in Spain. Snail breeding is carried out in a special snail farm located in an unbeatable area located between mountain ranges, surrounded by nature. The snails grow naturally, controlled at all times, with all the delicacy and care that corresponds, and with the help of the best resources of the environment. For the feeding of the snail, various horticultural plants irrigated with spring water are used.
