It is a matured purple garlic whose production process is completely natural, without preservatives or chemical additives. Its manufacture is based on a maturation controlled by certain conditions of humidity and temperature for a long time. As a result, the garlic clove acquires dark tones until it becomes a completely black garlic. Its flavor is sweet and very nice with touches of licorice, caramel or prune.
