Chimichurri Creole sauce is a tasty sauce of from Argentina, which is often used to marinate meats, barbecues or baked roasts. Its color is dark green and the texture is liquid, thick, with small particles of suspended spices. It has an aroma of oregano, fresh garlic and parsley, and a slightly acid taste. The typical recipes for chimichurri sauce have always been with pork or veal. Currently, it can be added to any type of dish, from hamburgers and fajitas, to as a condiment in appetizers or salads.
