The mojo picón is a sauce originally from the Canary Islands. It is made with natural ingredients of first quality, according to the traditional recipe of the well-known islands. Its color is green and its texture is creamy. It has aroma to Garlic, coriander and vinegar and a garlic flavor with nuances of coriander and cumin. It is ideal to accompany all kind of fish, seafood, meats, rice, potatoes and many more dishes. Try it also for fondues and as a sandwich spread.

Sunflower oil, water, wine vinegar (SULPHITES), fresh purple garlic from Las Pedroñeras (4,8%), dried green pepper (3,4%), salt, sugar, coriander (0,8%), spices (0,6%), acid: citric acid, stabilizer: xanthan gum, modified starch, aroma and natural antioxidants: E-304/E-306.
