The mojo picón is a sauce originally from the Canary Islands. It is made with natural ingredients of first quality, according to the traditional recipe of the well-known islands. Its color is intense red and the texture is soft and creamy. It has aroma to paprika, cumin and vinegar and a red pepper flavor with nuances of vinegar and spices. It is ideal to accompany all kind of meats, fish, pasta and especially potatoes, whether baked or fried. Try it also on sandwiches. If you are a lover of Spanish cuisine, you can not miss in your kitchen.
