This exceptional olive oil is made with Picual olives carefully selected at the beginning of winter, when the greatest amount of aromatic components is concentrated. This fact, along with the characteristic of the Picual olive with which it is made, results in an extra virgin olive oil with a great personality. Its flavor has a well structured and slightly persistent spicy. It is very appropriate for uses in legumes, meats and whole grain breads or seasoned breads.
