This is the ONLY caviar made with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They are small capsules of ECO-EVOO that burst in the mouth, producing an explosion of flavor. Bright and delicious golden beads wrapped in a fine and imperceptible layer and with a delicate texture. It is the natural olive oil substitute for finishing dishes.

You can use them in any dish where you normally enjoy raw olive oil (starters, salads, sauces, creams, desserts ...), however, it is better to use them in soft texture dishes to enhance their pleasant taste. It is not advisable to cook them, since the thin membrane that covers the small spheres could fracture during the cooking process.
