Cured lamb ham is born in the Spanish tradition in lamb meat drying and maturation, which has been passed on for generations. After years of investigation, we have managed to create an optimal and innovative product in the field of lamb meat maturation. Cured Lamb Ham comes from Spanish herds. Our product shows traces of different sources of inspiration throughout the elaboration process. It reflects our herds living outdoors and grazing on endless mountain pastures, which together with the race, salting, climate and years of tradition and experience offers a perfect blend for optimal meat maturation.
