Description

Ham from Iberian pigs raised in pastures and fed on grass and feed (cereals and legumes), cured between 20-24 months. The pigs are allowed to grow slowly, with a diet of natural products from the environment. Traditional methods are used in some phases of the curing process, especially in the salting -carried out on the ground- and in the maturation -carried out in a natural cellar. The cellar is located 5 meters underground to achieve optimum temperature and humidity parameters. These conditions allow us to achieve an absolutely natural curing process.
