This gives its meats a special fat, which is infiltrated and highly rich in fatty acids similar to those of the olive oil. This Iberian bellota ham ‘Gran Reserva’ is characterized by having a minimum curing process of 48 months in natural drying room and cellar, in which all its attributes develop

This amazing Iberian Bellota Ham is produced in an exclusive and very isolated area with a very cold weather, which provides each piece with a unique flavor and texture. Hand-slicing is the best way to taste all the nuances of this ham. Enjoyment will be the maximum if it is served with a good wine or an artisan beer and some Manchego cheese.

realmente bueno, muy buena relación calidad-precio, nada que envidiar a otras marcas conocidas que te cuestan 100 euros más por lo menos, lo recomiendo. envio rapido, me llego en 48h y todo correcto

Der Schinken ist seinen Preis wert

Trotzdem nur 4 Sterne, weil der Schinken einen Tag zu spät ankam. Darf meines Erachtens bei solch einem Produkt nicht passieren.
