Outstanding deer cured meet, with a pink color and a distinctive odor. Its maturing makes it perfect to be knife-cut and tasted. Just opening the package, we perceive a very appealing intense smell. When tasted, its flavor is soft and long-lasting, differentiating right away a touch of pepper mixed with an excellent game meat.
It is ideal to be cut into not too thin slices, accompanied by bread slices or sticks. It is important to leave the slices temper for some minutes before tasting them, so that we can perceive its texture and flavor properly. It is advisable to keep it in cool and dry place without direct exposure to sunlight.
Deer meat has a soft and distinguishing flavor. It is a clean, natural and tender meat with a fine texture and just a little fat. Moreover,it is a low- calories and cholesterol meat, what increases its advantage over other meats since it is healthy without abandoning flavor. Deer meat, since it is very lean, is mixed with pork belly in order to provide an extra degree ofsucculenceto the cured meat.
Deer lean (60%), pork belly (35%), powdered milk, moisturizing (E-420i), common salt, dextrin, dextrose, spices, ph regulating agent (E-575), aroma, flavor enhancer (E-621), isolated soy protein, milk protein, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i and E-451i), preservatives (E-252 and E-250), antioxidant (E-392), coloring (E-120) and natural spices.
