Deer black pudding cured meat is made with the most select deer meat which surprises those who eat it with a highly natural and little known flavor. We are facing an exquisite black pudding, undergoing an explosion of flavor at the first bite. Just opening the package, we perceive a very appealing intense smell. When tasted, its flavor is powerful and long-lasting.
It is ideal to be cut into not too thin slices, accompanied by bread slices or sticks. It is important to leave the slices temper for some minutes before tasting them, so that we can perceive its texture and flavor properly. It is advisable to keep it in cool and dry place without direct exposure to sunlight.
Deer meat has a soft and distinguishing flavor. It is a clean, natural and tender meat with a fine texture and just a little fat. Moreover,it is a low- calories and cholesterol meat, what increases its advantage over other meats since it is healthy without abandoning flavor. Deer meat, since it is very lean, is mixed with pork belly in order to provide an extra degree of succulence to the cured meat.
Deer lean (60%), pork belly (30%), pig’s whole blood (5%), onion, salt, paprika, dextrin, lactose, powdered milk, dextrose, flavor enhancer (E-621), isolated soy protein, milk protein, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i and E-451i), antioxidant (E-301) and natural spices.
