The Iberian Bellota chorizo, from sausages family, is made following an artisan process with hundreds of years old. Not all Iberian Bellota chorizos are equal, so, only with the best spices, the best lean cuts and our traditional manufacturing method, the perfect harmony between aroma and flavor is achieved. The care of every detail is essential to ensure success in each piece. Served in 2 individually vacuum-packed pieces of 500 g approx.

 

After stuff the magical mix in natural casing, their maturation process and drying confers it a very special personality. Inside, the cut is characterized by a coarsely chopped, and a bright color, typical of infiltration of fat into muscle of animals raised in a natural way.

 

Origin: Guijuelo.

Curing: Minimum 70 days.

Race: Iberian.

Quality: Bellota.

Casing: Natural.

Iberian bellota pig's lean, garlic, oregano, salt, paprika, sugar, dextrose, antioxidants (E-331i) and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).

Die Versandkosten sind jetzt so wie sie sein sollen. Ab 65€ ohne Versandkosten aus Spanien ist beachtenswert. Vorher hatte ich bei Euch 120 € hinlegen müssen. Alle Produkte haben gute Qualität.
