ROE DEER PÂTÉ WITH BOLETUS.

Exquisite pâté with a predominantly intense but delicate flavour, with a texture similar to mousse, where the taste of roe deer meat is noticeable. Enjoy an authentic game product. Enjoy it with a dry aged white wine, or simply spread on a slice of baked bread.

TRUFFLED WILD BOAR PÂTÉ WITH ARMAGNAR.

Paté with an intense, pure and authentic flavour, with a delicate and smooth texture, where we can quickly appreciate the taste of wild boar meat. Perfect with fig compote or orange marmalade, developing a truly exquisite sweet and sour flavour.

TRUFFLED DEER PÂTÉ.

The best option if you want a pâté with character and definition. You can make the same combinations as with foie, but with the added bonus that the pâté can be spread, which gives us a lot of possibilities when it comes to presentation.
