DUCK PÂTÉ WITH PORT WINE.

Exquisite pâté from the Montes de Toledo, made with selected high quality meats (duck legs) and enriched with spices and port wine.

Its flavour is harmonious and delicate, its texture is smooth, similar to a mousse, where we can appreciate the pleasant taste of duck. This is the most authentic flavour of game, a delight for the palate. Ideal with raspberry jam, as well as with all types of meat, cold or warm. It can also be used in the preparation of lasagne and cannelloni.

TRUFFLED PARTRIDGE PÂTÉ WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE.

Its harmonious and delicate flavour stands out, reminiscent of a mousse with its smooth texture, and where the partridge flavour can be appreciated. An authentic game product that will surprise you. We recommend accompanying it with sparkling wine or cava, together with red fruit jam or sweet wine reductions.

TRUFFLED HARE PÂTÉ.

This is a harmonious and delicate pâté, with a smooth texture and a pleasant hare flavour. If you want to enjoy an authentic game delicacy, this is the product for you. Perfect with strawberry jam, as well as with all types of meat, cold or warm. For the drink we can choose beer or cider.

ROE DEER PATE WITH BOLETUS.

Exquisite pâté in which an intense but delicate flavour predominates, with a texture similar to mousse, where the taste of roe deer meat is noticeable. Enjoy an authentic game product. Enjoy it with a dry aged white wine, or simply spread on a slice of baked bread.

TRUFFLED WILD BOAR PÂTÉ WITH ARMAGNAR.

Paté with an intense, pure and authentic flavour, with a delicate and smooth texture, where we can quickly appreciate the taste of wild boar meat. Perfect with fig compote or orange marmalade, developing a truly exquisite sweet and sour flavour.

TRUFFLED DEER PÂTÉ.

The best option if you want a pâté with character and definition. You can make the same combinations as with foie, but with the added bonus that the pâté can be spread, which gives us a lot of possibilities when it comes to presentation.
