Exquisite pâté from the Montes de Toledo, made with selected high quality meats (duck legs) and enriched with spices and port wine.

Its flavour is harmonious and delicate, its texture is smooth, similar to a mousse, where we can appreciate the pleasant taste of duck. This is the most authentic flavour of game, a delight for the palate. Ideal with raspberry jam, as well as with all types of meat, cold or warm. It can also be used in the preparation of lasagne and cannelloni.

TRUFFLED PARTRIDGE PÂTÉ WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE.

Its harmonious and delicate flavour stands out, reminiscent of a mousse with its smooth texture, and where the partridge flavour is noticeable. An authentic game product that will surprise you. We recommend accompanying it with sparkling wine or cava, together with red fruit jam or sweet wine reductions.
