Extra virgin olive oil made just with the Picual variety. It is ideal for those who want high intensity oils. It won the silver medal in the CINVE International Awards 2015.

 

It is, without any doubt, the most important variety of the Spanish olive groves. This olive of a medium size gives to this magnificient oil a great fruity intensity, very green fruits' tones with fresh and clean nuances, giving a first olfactory sensation of green olive, banana, artichoke and fig leaf. In the mouth we perceive a nice bitterrness and burning aftertaste with great balance. It is the ideal oil to be served raw, seasoning a wide range of dishes. Special for dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho, ham and cheeses, grilled meats, etc.
