For this oil we use the Hojiblanca variety at its right moment of ripening. It has light green grass touches , as well as spicy and sour notes that make this extra virgin olive oil a very special product.

In the mouth it is soft and sweet with a light sour touch and a long almond aftertaste. This oil is ideal to be used in cold food preparations and salads, as well as to dry and to candy vegetables. The Hojiblanca variety,also called 'Casta de Lucena' , has a low fat content. it is produced in the south of Cordoba, north of Malaga and East of Seville. The name comes from the whitish colour of the undersides of the leaves.

Sehr gut

Sowohl zum Braten als auch für Dressing geeignet. Obwohl das Öl zum Braten eigentlich schon zu schade ist.
