How are products sent?

In order to ensure a successful experience from beginning to end, we work with the most valued and recognized worldwide. All shipments are properly protected with the required packaging in order to ensure that the product arrives in perfect conditions.


May I specify a delivery time?

No. For this reason we recommend you to indicate an address -for instance that of your working place or of a relative- where there is always someone who can receive the goods.


Which is the delivery time?

The delivery time is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00h.


What happens if I am not at the delivery place when my order is delivered?

In case that the carrier tries to deliver the parcel and there is nobody to receive it, he will leave a note indicating that he has tried to deliver the parcel, the tracking number and a method of contact. Please, contact the company in order to arrange a new delivery. If you prefer you can contact us and we will manage it.

We recommend you to indicate the delivery address where there is always someone; since, in case you are not there, this person can pick up your parcel (e.g. at work, a relative’s house…). Remember to give a telephone number in order to accelerate any inconvenience that may occur.
