Which method of payment may I use to do my online purchase?

Which may be the reason why my credit card is been rejected?

If your credit card is rejected, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The credit card may have expired. Check that your card do not exceed the validity date.

  • Maybe the limit of the credit card has been reached to purchase. Check it with your bank.
  • Maybe some of the information is incorrect. Check that you have filled all the required fields in with the correct information.
  • When you do the payment through a safe payment gateway, the system will verify automatically that the credit card is activated for the secure E-Commerce. Then, it will connect with the card issuing bank that will request the customer to authorize the transaction through a personal code of authentication. The transaction will only be done if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code and, in that moment, your credit card will be charged. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

How can I do my payment through bank transfer?

It is very easy. Once you have chosen the payment option, we will send you an email indicating the steps to follow, giving you the account number in which you have to pay.

The deadline to do the transfer will be of three days from the day the order is done. The order will not be confirmed until it has been charged. If after five days we have not received the deposit, we will proceed to the cancellation of the order. The transfer expenses will be paid by the purchaser.
