As other teas, it comes from the Camellia Sinesis plant. It has a soft, delicate, aromatic and evocative flavor. It is mainly produced in China, in the high mountains of the province of Fujian, catering the smallest details in the production process. For a few days, when the leaves are sprouting and after winter dormancy, only the younger sprouts are collected, which have short white fluff. At that point, all the sprouts are full of energy and nutrients. It is the perfect tea to enjoy without anything else. Brew between 3-4 minutes at 75-80⁰C.

100% white tea from Fujian (China) of the variety Khi Nghe Bai Haoo.
