Cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk. Cylindrical shape and white and undefined rind due to the butter coating and wrapped in paper. It is a pasta cheese washed in whiskey and later coated with butter and whiskey. Matured for 90 days. White cut, without eyes and close to the bark tones ivory. Strong flavor characteristic of goat cheese, with an aftertaste of whiskey, oak and slightly smoked.
Pasteurized goat milk, stabilizer: calcium chloride, lactic ferments, rennet, salt, lard (0.50%) and whiskey (0.25%).
