The same way as goat cheese’s varieties, Cured sheep cheese Peñagorda is made in Sierra de Guadarrama, which is located in Madrid, in the middle of Spain. The sheep variety of Peñagorda hides a magnificent cured cheese made with raw milk and natural rind. When cutting this delicious cheese, a cloud of tempting smells will flood the room, serving as presentation of its incomparable taste. Its texture is consistent with a cut full of small eyes and intense yellow color. This is due to the high quality of the milk used in its production and to the careful selection of the sheep breed from which the milk comes. During its production, caress and dedication are given priority over massive production, and this is noticeable in the final result.
