Cider fusion cheese offers a smart combination in the mouth, playing with a subtle flavor with slight reminiscences of apple; accompanied by the lactic and buttery cow’s milk texture. It is a pasteurized milk cheese with a soft and silky tact. It has an aroma which reminds that of wet wood with floral and fruity touches as a result of the harmonization and integration with cider. Its texture is firm and, some way, creamy, with a big remembrance of natural cider. The color of the paste is yellowish with a firm and flexible cut and lack of eyes.
It is a very special cheese which deepens in Asturian roots by merging, for the first time, the two most representative raw materials of the asturian field: milk from the cows which graze in the mountains of the Principality and natural cider, result of the apple press; two nutritive and complementary foodstuffs.
