Cured for a minimum of 180 days, in morabia or tempranillo pulp from Bodegas Puente de Rus, at a constant temperature and relative humidity. Yellowish cut with few eyes. Intense flavor of the cured, with nuances and aromas of grapes, which gives a unique touch to its flavor.

Raw sheep milk (min 70%) and goat (max 30%), lactic ferments, rennet, salt, Coating: skin (1%).

Contains milk and sulfites.
