Description

Pressed paste cheese made with raw sheep's milk. Variable maturation not less than 60 days. Spread on the surface with lard and rosemary.

The quality of the raw materials is one of the most decisive factors in producing a cheese with so much character.

The external film of lard that is spread on the cheese ensures that it continues to cure without losing its hydration. In order to distinguish it from the rest of the products on the market, different aromatic plants from the area are added to the lard. After several tests, it was concluded that the most suitable for this product is rosemary, as it adds to its fruity flavor a strong aroma with notes of camphor, pine, nutmeg and lavender.

All this has made it one of the best-selling cheeses. Undoubtedly a cheese full of nuances that merge in the mouth.
